Lunova was started with a simple frustration: too many shops sell pieces that either look polished but feel stiff, or feel comfortable but look like loungewear. There was nothing in between for women who wanted both.

We ship to Ireland and the UK, we respond to every email we receive, and we stand behind everything we sell with a 30-day return policy.

Delivery to Ireland and the UK takes another 6 to 10 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 13 business days from the moment you place your order. To keep our pricing competitive, we work with an international network of fulfilment partners, so your order may be dispatched from a warehouse outside the EU and UK. Final delivery to your door is handled by An Post (Ireland) or Royal Mail (UK), with full tracking included.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your order, simply email us at support@lunova-fashion.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
