1. Shipping Destinations
Lunova Fashion currently delivers to the following regions:
- Republic of Ireland: All counties, from Dublin to Galway, Cork to Donegal, and every address in between.
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including all major cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, and Belfast.
2. Product Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our website are displayed in the customer's local currency:
- Ireland: Euro (€).
- United Kingdom: British Pounds (£).
The price you see on the product page is the base price of the item. Shipping costs, where applicable, are added at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and transparent. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Ireland:
- Orders over €60: Free standard shipping.
- Orders €60.00 and below: Flat shipping fee of €4.95.
United Kingdom:
- Orders over £50: Free standard shipping.
- Orders £50.00 and below: Flat shipping fee of £3.95.
There are no hidden delivery fees. The total shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
4. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Lunova Fashion is operated by Novus Invictus LLC, a company registered in the United States. To provide competitive pricing and a wide selection of styles, we work with an international network of fulfillment partners. As a result, orders may be shipped from warehouses located outside of the European Union and the United Kingdom, including in regions such as Asia. Final delivery to your address is then handled by established shipping carriers: An Post for Irish addresses and Royal Mail for UK addresses.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT/BST (UK and Ireland time), Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
6. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it undergoes quality checks and packaging.
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Operating Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Processing includes verifying payment, performing a quality inspection, and securely packaging your items for transit.
7. Delivery Time & Expectations
After the processing phase, your package is handed over to our carrier partners.
- Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to peak seasons, customs processing, or external factors.
8. Shipping Carriers
Lunova Fashion orders are shipped through a combination of international logistics providers for the international leg of the journey, followed by a local last-mile carrier for final delivery:
- Ireland: An Post for final delivery to your Irish address.
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail for final delivery to your UK address.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
9. Tracking Information
Transparency is key. Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.

10. Packaging & Order Protection

11. Address Accuracy & Verification
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address:
- Ireland: Please include your Eircode where applicable.
- United Kingdom: Please include your full postcode.
- We use an automated verification system to check address formats.
- If our system flags an address as incomplete, we will contact you via email, which may delay processing.
- Lunova Fashion is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
12. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, the order typically enters the processing/shipping stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- To cancel, please email support@lunova-fashion.com immediately with your order number.
13. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your delivery address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched to the carrier.
14. Failed Delivery & Missed Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package (e.g., no one is at home), they may:
- Attempt redelivery the following day.
- Leave a calling card with instructions for collection at a local An Post office (Ireland) or Royal Mail delivery office (UK).
- If a package is returned to us due to "failed delivery" or "not collected," a reshipping fee may apply.
15. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery where possible. This timeframe does not affect your statutory rights to reject faulty goods under UK, Irish, or EU consumer law.
- Please email support@lunova-fashion.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
16. Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipments can occasionally face delays due to carrier backlogs, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
- A package will be considered lost in transit if tracking has shown no updates for more than 20 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch.
- Once the shipping carrier confirms the package is officially lost, we will issue a full refund (including any VAT paid) or dispatch a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local An Post (Ireland) or Royal Mail (UK) office before contacting our support team.
17. Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," it is considered fulfilled. If your tracking says "delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or secure locations around your property before contacting us.
18. VAT, Import Fees & Customs
Because your order may be dispatched from outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, it is important to be aware of the following:
- Product Price: The price shown at checkout covers the product and any applicable shipping cost.
- Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay any applicable import charges and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
For Irish customers (orders to Ireland):
- Since 1 July 2021, all goods imported into the European Union are subject to VAT, regardless of their value. In some cases, Irish Revenue or the delivery carrier may apply import VAT and/or a handling/clearance fee before releasing your package.

For UK customers (orders to the United Kingdom):
- Following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union, goods imported into the UK may be subject to UK VAT and, depending on order value, customs duties. HMRC or the delivery carrier (Royal Mail or its handling agent) may apply these charges, along with a handling fee, before releasing your package.

Any such import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the purchase price shown at checkout. We work to minimize inconvenience wherever possible, but cannot guarantee that your package will arrive free of import-related charges.

- Provide accurate contact and shipping information, including Eircode (Ireland) or postcode (UK).
- Monitor tracking updates and be available for delivery.

21. Invoices & Documentation
A digital invoice/receipt will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. A physical packing slip may also be included inside your package for customs and identification purposes.
