Irish orders are processed in Euro (€) and UK orders are processed in British Pounds (£). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a small conversion fee according to their daily exchange rate.

4. Pricing Transparency
We believe in honest pricing at checkout.
- The price displayed at the final checkout screen is the total amount you will pay to Lunova Fashion.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any additional "handling" or "convenience" fees during payment processing.
- Shipping Costs: As per our Shipping Policy, we offer free shipping on orders over €60 (Ireland) or £50 (UK). For orders below that threshold, a flat delivery fee of €4.95 (Ireland) or £3.95 (UK) applies. The applicable shipping cost is added at checkout before payment.
- Import VAT & Customs Fees: Because your order may be dispatched from outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, the local tax authority (Irish Revenue or UK HMRC) or the delivery carrier may apply import VAT and/or a handling fee before releasing your package. 5. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and Lunova Fashion, we use advanced fraud detection tools.
- If our system identifies a transaction as high-risk, we may reach out via email to confirm the identity of the cardholder.
- In cases where fraud is confirmed, the order will be cancelled immediately, and the funds will be released back to the original payment method.

6. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your payment is declined at checkout, please ensure:

7. Refund Payments
In the event of a return or cancellation (as per our Refund Policy):
- Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used during checkout, as required under UK, Irish, and EU consumer law.
- Once processed on our end, it typically takes 7 business days (Monday to Saturday) for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Refunds include all applicable VAT and any original shipping fees paid in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Digital Invoices
Upon successful payment, a digital copy of your order invoice will be sent to your email address. This serves as your proof of purchase and includes your order number, item details, and the total amount paid in your local currency (Euro for Ireland, British Pounds for the UK).
